Rebuilding Lives

Capital Area Reentry Coalition (CAPARC) is a partnership of local businesses, non-profit and faith-based organizations, and government organizations, who are working together to increase the success rates of citizens who are transitioning from prison back into society.

Together with our partnering organizations, we assist returning citizens with receiving the support and services necessary to ensure they receive a continuum of care in an effort to reduce offender recidivism.

We form active work groups to address the needs of returning citizens in the areas of housing, employment, transportation, health and wellness, education, legal services, and peer-support.

• Produce a true reintegration experience for the returning citizens
• Create a system to better manage and track the resources in the community
• Reduce recidivism

CAPARC is a 501©3 organization that was established in 2011 and receives its funding through private organizations, local and state government, and donations.
