Nice to meet you. I'mMalia 🙂

As a woman in engineering, I know firsthand what it is to be underrepresented in a specific career field and in leadership. I want to change that. During my career, I have managed multiple projects totaling $300M for several Fortune 100 companies. I was the youngest corporate specialist, licensed professional engineer, and expert within these organizations.

I have always been a high achiever, but my climb has not been without challenges. For every new height I strived to reach, there was a new obstacle. Throughout my career, I have overcome self-sabotage, chronic illness, ADHD, racism, near-death experiences, and more. Despite life changes, plateaus, and even performance regressions, I continued to succeed and consistently reach my goals. Now, I want to empower other professional women to do the same.

I have taken my experiences and the methods I used and refined over the past 20 years to develop a framework specifically designed for women. My 5-step program equips professional women with the tools necessary to become high achievers, advance their careers, and become effective leaders. My program offers women practical methods that leverage core principles of project management, corporate networking, and leadership.

My program offers practical solutions to company inclusion and diversity (I&D) initiatives while making it fun for the women involved. By helping women align their goals with their company’s vision, they become top performers, self-starters, and develop the skills necessary to advance the corporate ladder, which is mutually beneficial.

Organizations benefit from women in leadership and board roles. In fact, a 2021 BoardReady analysis of S&P 100 companies revealed those companies with 30% or more women holding board seats outperformed their peers in 11 of 15 sectors. Also, there are many studies and surveys, like the one conducted by the Peterson Institute for International Economics, which suggests companies who have women at the C-Suite level generate more revenue.

I am on a mission to help women tap into their highest potential and lead their organizations to new heights.

I had the opportunity to speak with Malia recently and she is a phenomenal resource for young professional women. She is attentive, resourceful, and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me consider avenues that I had never thought of to help me reach my career goals.

As a first-generation Latina working in the corporate world, I would strongly encourage other WOC to connect with Malia and see how she may be able to provide support and guidance on mapping out your next steps to achieve your career goals. She has over ten years of experience working in male-dominated fields and her personal success is a living example that if she could do it, she can help you do the same.
